Step into our private training suite and experience the precision of personal training in a small group setting. With no more than six clients per session, every class is carefully programmed to build strength, improve technique, and deliver results you can see and feel.

Guided by expert coaches, you’ll work through a progressive blend of functional strength, conditioning, and mobility, all within an intimate, supportive community.

At just £25 per person, these sessions deliver the personalised programming and expert attention of one-to-one PT, at a fraction of the cost, with the added motivation of training alongside like-minded people.
