FORME reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds or extensions are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of FORME management.

By participating in any services offered by FORME, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies in place.Failure to comply with the cancellation timeframe or studio policies may result in forfeited sessions without refund. Refund & Cancellation Policy
FORME Refund & Cancellation PolicyAt FORME, we deliver a premium and personalised studio experience. To ensure fairness for all clients and the smooth running of our timetable, please take a moment to review our booking and cancellation policy.
Class BookingsAll group classes must be booked in advance via our online booking system.Classes are non-refundable once booked.Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the class start time.Cancellations made within 24 hours will be considered a late cancel, and the class credit will be forfeited.Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full.
Private/Group PT SessionsPT sessions require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full, and sessions are non-refundable.Refunds.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, missed classes, or unused packages.In the event of serious illness or injury, credits may be extended at our discretion.Any refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
MembershipsMemberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.Freeze options may be available in the event of injury or extended absence (documentation may be required).Workshops & EventsCancellations made 7+ days before an event are eligible for a full refund.Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable, but bookings may be transferred to another individual with advance notice.
WaitlistsIf a spot opens up, clients on the waitlist will be added automatically and notified via email.If you no longer wish to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being charged.We’re so grateful to have you in our community.
