FORME Studio – Membership & Credit Pack Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a recurring membership or class credit pack at FORME Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure clarity, fairness, and consistency for all members.

1. Membership Types • Recurring Memberships (e.g. unlimited or set classes per month) are billed automatically and renew each month on a rolling basis. • Credit Packs (e.g. 5, 10, or 20 class credits) are one-time purchases with a set number of uses and a fixed expiry period. 

 

2. Minimum Commitment (Recurring Memberships Only) • All recurring memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. • After the initial 3 months, you may cancel at any time with at least 2 weeks’ notice prior to your next billing date. • If less than 2 weeks’ notice is given before your next scheduled payment, your membership will be charged for one final cycle and then cancelled. Please ensure you cancel in advance to avoid unwanted charges.

 

3. Credit Expiry and Rollover Policy • Membership credits (if applicable) do not roll over. Any unused credits will expire at the end of your billing cycle and cannot be carried over. • Class credit packs have a fixed expiry period (as shown at purchase). Expired credits are non-refundable and cannot be extended.

 

4. Class Cancellation & Late Policy We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all classes, including in-studio and on-demand bookings. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class will return the credit to your account. • Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, will result in the loss of the credit. Unlimited Membership Holders: You will be charged a £5 late cancellation/no-show fee for any class cancelled within 24 hours or missed entirely. 

 

5. Membership Pauses • Memberships can be paused for up to 6 weeks per calendar year. • We require at least 2 weeks’ notice to process a pause request in our system. • Pauses cannot be applied retroactively. We are unable to refund previous charges or backdate a pause. To request a pause, please contact [insert your studio’s contact email]. 

 

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers • Credit packs and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. • To cancel a recurring membership after the initial 3-month period, you must give at least 2 weeks’ notice before your next billing date. • Failure to give adequate notice will result in one final charge before the cancellation takes effect.

 

7. Booking Access & Studio Rights • All bookings must be made through Momence. • FORME Studio reserves the right to update class timetables, instructors, and offerings at any time. • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions or account suspension. 8. Policy Changes We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of FORME Studio services implies agreement to the most recent terms.
